Return and Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may request a product exchange under the terms and conditions stated below.
Terms & Conditions for Product Exchange
- Exchange Period
Customers may request an exchange within 3 (three) days from the date the item is received. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for exchange.
- Product Condition
The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition, complete with all packaging and hang tags still attached. Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted. - Cleanliness & Fragrance
Please make sure that the product has not been exposed to perfume, deodorant, or any other substances that may leave a scent, stain, or residue. Items that show traces of such substances will not qualify for an exchange.
- Damage Inspection
All returned items will undergo an inspection process once received by our team. If the product is found to have any damage caused by the buyer (such as tears, stains, or other signs of misuse), the exchange request will be rejected.
- Approval Process
Once your returned item passes inspection, we will proceed with the exchange and send out the replacement product. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund request has been approved, the funds will be processed and returned to the original payment method.
- Processing Period: The refund will be issued within three (3) business days (H+3) from the date of approval.
- Business Days Definition: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Important Notes
- Bank Processing Time: Please note that while we release the funds within 3 business days, the actual time it takes for the balance to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution's internal policies.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email or notification once the refund transaction has been initiated on our end.
