Shipping Policy (International Orders – DHL)
1. Shipping Carrier
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
- Any additional remote area surcharges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment directly through the DHL website.
7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, regulations).
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 1-3 days.
- Customers are required to provide an unboxing video and photos as proof for any claims.
- We will assist in filing a claim with DHL and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
Shipping Policy for Indonesia (Kebijakan Pengiriman)
1. Gratis Pengiriman
Kami memberikan gratis pengiriman seluruh area di Indonesia senilai IDR 20.000 diatas pembelian IDR 200.000.
2. Area Pengiriman
Kami melayani pengiriman ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia melalui jasa ekspedisi terpercaya.
3. Waktu Pemrosesan Pesanan
- Pesanan akan diproses dalam waktu 1–2 hari kerja setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi.
- Pesanan yang masuk pada hari Sabtu, Minggu, atau hari libur nasional akan diproses pada hari kerja berikutnya.
4. Metode Pengiriman
Kami menggunakan beberapa layanan ekspedisi, seperti:
- JNE
- J&T Express
- SiCepat
- AnterAja
Pilihan ekspedisi dapat dipilih saat checkout (jika tersedia).
5. Estimasi Waktu Pengiriman
Estimasi waktu pengiriman tergantung pada lokasi tujuan:
- Jabodetabek: 1–3 hari kerja
- Pulau Jawa: 2–4 hari kerja
- Luar Jawa: 3–7 hari kerja
Keterlambatan dapat terjadi karena kondisi tertentu di luar kendali kami (cuaca, hari libur, kendala logistik, dll).
6. Biaya Pengiriman
Biaya pengiriman akan dihitung secara otomatis saat checkout berdasarkan:
- Lokasi tujuan
- Berat/volume paket
- Layanan ekspedisi yang dipilih
7. Nomor Resi
Setelah pesanan dikirim, nomor resi akan diberikan melalui:
- Email akun pelanggan
Nomor resi dapat digunakan untuk melacak status pengiriman.
8. Kegagalan Pengiriman
Jika terjadi kegagalan pengiriman akibat:
- Alamat tidak lengkap / salah
- Penerima tidak dapat dihubungi
Maka biaya pengiriman ulang akan menjadi tanggung jawab pelanggan.
9. Barang Rusak atau Hilang
Jika barang diterima dalam kondisi rusak atau hilang:
- Segera hubungi kami maksimal 1x24 jam setelah barang diterima
- Sertakan bukti foto/video sebagai pendukung klaim
Kami akan membantu proses klaim ke pihak ekspedisi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
10. Perubahan Alamat
Perubahan alamat hanya dapat dilakukan sebelum pesanan dikirim. Setelah pesanan dikirim, perubahan alamat tidak dapat dilakukan.
